PaxiPro Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
PaxiPro hosts content created by users — Mentors' educational trade ideas ("signals"), courses, and profiles; Client reviews; and messages in dispute cases. These guidelines set out what's allowed, so the marketplace stays trustworthy for everyone. They apply to Clients, Mentors, and any other user of the Service, and are enforceable under the Client and Mentor Terms of Service.
1. Content This Policy Covers
- Mentor trading signals, analyst notes, and market commentary
- Mentor courses, lesson videos, thumbnails, and quizzes
- Mentor profile content (bio, photos, socials, broker name)
- Client reviews and ratings
- Messages and photos sent in a dispute or termination case
- Any other content a user submits, uploads, or posts on the Service
(Trading journal entries are shared only with their owner and the Mentors they subscribe to, and are not "community content" — they are not subject to the moderation provisions below, though the general prohibitions in §2 still apply to them as account conduct.)
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use PaxiPro to post, share, or engage in:
- Fraud or deception — fabricated signal outcomes, signals entered or closed at prices the market did not trade, doctored performance screenshots, fake or incentivized reviews, impersonating another person or a broker/institution, or misrepresenting your qualifications or licensing.
- Guaranteed-return claims — promising or implying guaranteed profits, "risk-free" trading, or specific returns; "get-rich-quick" framing.
- Market manipulation schemes — pump-and-dump promotion, coordinated inauthentic activity, or signals designed to benefit the poster at subscribers' expense.
- Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law, including unlicensed financial promotion or solicitation where a license is required.
- Harassment and hate — threats, harassment, hate speech, or content that demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Spam — unsolicited promotion unrelated to your Mentor content, repeated posting of the same content, or manipulating discovery/ranking (e.g. fake subscribers, review farming).
- Infringement — content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Malware or abuse of the Service — scraping, reverse-engineering access controls, attempting to bypass subscription gating, or automated bulk account creation.
- Sharing others' personal data without consent (doxxing), including another user's contact details, financial information, or private messages.
- Off-platform circumvention — soliciting Clients or Mentors to complete payments or broker sign-ups outside the flows PaxiPro provides, in a way designed to evade review, fees, or dispute protections.
3. Reviews
Only Clients who hold, or have held, an active subscription with a Mentor may review that Mentor. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Mentors may not offer incentives (discounts, free access) in exchange for a review, and may not post reviews of themselves or competitors through alternate accounts.
4. Reporting
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it via the in-app report action where available, or email support@paxipro.com with a link/screenshot and a description of the issue. We review reports and act as appropriate — this may include removing content, warning the user, revoking a Mentor's verified/featured status, or suspending an account.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in, depending on severity and recurrence:
- Content removal
- A warning
- Loss of "verified" or "featured" status (Mentors)
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination and forfeiture of future payouts owed for the violating activity, to the extent permitted by law
We may act without prior notice where we believe it's necessary to protect users or the Service (e.g. active fraud). Where we take action against your account, you can appeal by contacting support@paxipro.com.
6. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.
