PaxiPro Disclaimer — Trading Risk & No Financial Advice

Read this carefully before using any signal, course, chart, calculator, or broker-registration feature on PaxiPro. It applies to all users and is incorporated into the Client and Mentor Terms of Service.

1. An Educational Platform, Not Financial Advice

PaxiPro is an educational platform. Mentors use it to teach how they read the markets: through courses and lessons, and through trade ideas ("signals") that show the levels they are watching and how each idea turned out. Trade ideas are published to everyone who has access to that Mentor's content; they are not tailored to your finances, goals or circumstances, and no trade is ever placed for you.

Nothing published on PaxiPro — trading signals, entry/stop-loss/take-profit levels, analyst notes, market commentary, courses, quizzes, economic calendar content, technical analysis, or calculator outputs — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is published by independent Mentors and reflects their own opinions, not PaxiPro's.

2. Trading Is High Risk

Trading foreign exchange (forex), gold, and other leveraged or speculative instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your invested capital, and losses can exceed deposits where leverage is used. Before trading, you should independently consider your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance, and, if in doubt, seek advice from a licensed financial advisor.

3. No Guarantees

No Mentor, signal, course, or feature on PaxiPro guarantees profit, "risk-free" trading, a specific win rate, or any particular outcome. Past performance — including any win rate, pips, monthly return, or rating shown on a Mentor's profile — is not indicative of future results. Statistics displayed on Mentor profiles are computed automatically from the trade ideas that Mentor has posted and how they closed. Entry and closing prices are checked against market prices when they are entered, but PaxiPro does not audit a Mentor's real trading account, and the statistics are not the results of any real account.

Results are counted in pips. Where the website shows a percentage (for example "Return" or "Drawdown"), it is an approximation converted from pips at a fixed rate of 500 pips to 1%; it is not a percentage of any real account balance, and what you would make or lose depends on your own position size and risk.

4. Mentors Are Independent Third Parties

Mentors are independent creators, not PaxiPro employees, agents, or representatives. PaxiPro does not review signals or course content before publication, does not endorse any Mentor's strategy or claims, and is not responsible for trading decisions you make based on a Mentor's content. A "verified" badge or performance tier reflects PaxiPro's internal review process at a point in time — it is not a regulatory license, an endorsement of trading skill, or a guarantee of future conduct.

5. Featured Mentors

A Mentor shown as featured (for example in the banner at the top of the Mentors list) may have paid PaxiPro for that placement. Featured placement is advertising: it is not a recommendation, a ranking of skill or results, or an endorsement by PaxiPro.

6. Broker Registration Is Between You and the Broker

If you use a package that requires registering with a Mentor's affiliated broker:

• PaxiPro is not a broker, is not regulated as one, and is not a party to your relationship with that broker. Your account, deposits, withdrawals, trade execution, and any disputes are governed entirely by that broker's own terms and regulatory status.
• The broker may or may not be licensed or regulated in your country of residence. You are responsible for confirming that trading with that broker is legal and appropriate for you before signing up.
• PaxiPro and/or the Mentor may receive a referral commission from the broker for introducing you. This creates a financial incentive for the Mentor to refer you — factor that into your own due diligence.
• PaxiPro does not have access to, and cannot assist with, your broker account, funds, or trade execution.

7. Courses and Educational Content

Courses, lessons, and quizzes are educational content provided by Mentors for general informational purposes. Completing a course or scoring well on a quiz does not qualify you as a licensed trader or guarantee trading success.

8. Tools (Calculator, Charts, Economic Calendar, News)

Calculator outputs (pip value, risk/reward, margin, P/L) are computed from the inputs you provide and are for planning purposes only — verify figures with your broker before trading. Charts are provided via an embedded third-party TradingView view; economic calendar data comes from a third-party public feed, refreshed periodically, and may be delayed or incomplete. Market news headlines come from a third-party news service; PaxiPro does not write or check them. Confirm critical figures with your broker or an authoritative source before acting on them.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Client reviews reflect individual opinions and experiences, not verified outcomes. PaxiPro does not guarantee the accuracy of any review.

10. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and broker-registration decisions, and for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction regarding trading, financial promotions, and broker use. Consider seeking independent professional advice before acting on any content found on PaxiPro.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaxiPro is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your reliance on any content published by a Mentor, your use of any tool on the Service, or your dealings with a third-party broker. See §11 of the Client Terms for the full limitation of liability.
