PaxiPro Website Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Website Privacy Policy explains what information PaxiPro ("PaxiPro", "we", "us") collects through the PaxiPro website (the "Website" or "Service") — an educational platform where independent Mentors publish trading courses and educational trade ideas — why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to Clients, Mentors, and administrators.
It covers the Website only. The PaxiPro mobile app has its own Mobile App Privacy Policy, which lists what the app collects.
If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use the Service.

1.2 Information collected automatically
- Browser storage — your sign-in session and preferences (such as the theme) are kept in your browser.
- Authentication data — managed by Firebase Authentication (hashed credentials; we do not store your raw password).
1.3 Information from others
If you subscribe via Broker Registration, the broker you sign up with may show the Mentor, in the Mentor's own broker dashboard, that your registration was completed, so your subscription can be approved. PaxiPro receives nothing from the broker, and we do not receive your broker trading account credentials or your funds.
When a Mentor verifies their identity, our verification provider (see §2.1) returns the result of the check to us, together with the details read from the document.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- create and secure your account, and verify your identity;
-
operate the marketplace — show you Mentors/Clients, gate content by subscription and trial status, process payment-proof and broker approvals;
-
compute Mentor statistics (win rate, ratings, subscriber counts) from signal outcomes and reviews;
- send transactional notifications (new signal, approval/rejection, course updates) and, if you opt in, other notifications;
- detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines;
- comply with legal obligations (e.g. retaining payment records); and
- improve and troubleshoot the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
2.1 Identity verification for Mentors
Before a Mentor can be approved to sell on PaxiPro, they must prove who they are. This applies to Mentors only; Clients are never asked for an ID or a selfie.
- How it works. The check is carried out by Didit (didit.me), an identity-verification provider, on Didit's own page. The Mentor photographs their ID and takes a live selfie there. Didit checks that the document is genuine, that the selfie is of a live person, and that the face matches the photo on the document.
- Biometric data. Comparing a selfie with an ID photo means processing facial features. This is done by Didit, only to confirm that the person applying is the person on the document. We do not use it to identify you anywhere else, and neither we nor Didit use it for advertising or profiling.
- What PaxiPro keeps. The result of the check (passed, failed, or being reviewed) and any reasons given; the legal name you typed and whether it matches the document; and, from the document, your name, date of birth, document type, issuing country, and the last four characters of the document number. We also keep a one-way hashed form of the document number, so that we can recognise the same document being used on a second account.
- What PaxiPro does not keep. The photos of your ID, your selfie, and your full document number are not stored on PaxiPro's systems. They are held by Didit on our behalf (see §4 and §5).
- Why. To make sure Mentors are real, identifiable people; to stop a banned person returning under a new account; and to have a record if a Client is defrauded.
A Mentor who does not want to complete this check cannot be approved to sell on PaxiPro, but can go on using the Service as a Client.
3. Who Can See What
- Trading journal entries are visible to you and to the Mentors you subscribe to, so they can review your trades and guide you. Other Clients cannot see them. PaxiPro's Super Admin may view them only for support, dispute, legal or security reasons.
- Course quiz results are visible only to you; they are self-assessment, not shared with the Mentor.
- Your display name is shown to a Mentor whose package you subscribe to (so they know who their subscribers are) and appears on any review you post. PaxiPro's Super Admin can also see it.
- Payment proofs (screenshots, transaction IDs) are reviewed only by PaxiPro's Super Admin, to approve your subscription. The Mentor whose package you bought can see the payment record for their own sales (amount, date and review status), not your other payments.
- Broker registration requests (your signup screenshot) go to the relevant Mentor, who checks them against their broker dashboard and approves them. PaxiPro does not review them; the Super Admin may view them only for support, dispute or fraud reasons.
- Mentor profile fields (bio, photo, stats, socials, tags) are public by design — that's how Clients discover Mentors.
- Mentor identity-verification details (legal name, date of birth, document type and country, the result of the check) are visible only to PaxiPro's Super Admin reviewers. They are never shown on a Mentor's public profile, to Clients, or to other Mentors. A Mentor can see the status of their own check and the legal name they entered.
4. How We Share Information
- Service providers. We use Firebase/Google Cloud (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, and related infrastructure) to run the Service. Google processes data on our behalf under its own data processing terms.
- Identity verification. We use Didit to verify Mentors' identities (§2.1). Didit receives the ID photos and selfie directly from the Mentor and processes them on our behalf, as our service provider, under its own terms and privacy notice, which the Mentor is shown before starting. We send Didit an internal account reference so the result can be matched to the right account; we do not send it your email address or your trading or payment information.
- Brokers. We do not share your information with brokers. If you choose Broker Registration, you sign up directly on the broker's own website, and that broker's privacy policy applies to what you give them.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PaxiPro, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If PaxiPro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy.
We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and profile information for as long as your account is active. Payment-verification records (proofs, transaction IDs) and subscription/approval history are retained for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping and tax law, even after account deletion, as described in the Account & Data Deletion Policy. Trading journal entries and other personal content are deleted when you delete them or close your account, subject to standard backup retention windows.
Your PaxiPro credit balance and its history (refunds into it, purchases paid with it) are payment records and are kept on the same basis.
Money owed at deletion. If a Mentor deletes their account while something is still owed to them, we keep their name, email address and saved payout details with that payment until it is settled, and then as payment records, so we can pay them and show who was paid.
Fraud prevention. If an account is banned for fraud — for example, taking payment for a service and not providing it — we keep a one-way hashed form of its email address, payout account numbers, device identifiers, and identity-document number, even after the account is deleted. We do not keep the identifiers themselves. We use these hashes only to recognise the same person registering again; a new account that matches is refused (same email) or reviewed by a person (same payout account, device, or identity document).
Mentor identity verification. The verification details PaxiPro keeps (§2.1) are retained while the Mentor's account exists and, after it is closed, for as long as needed to deal with fraud, disputes, and legal claims. The ID photos and selfie held by Didit are kept for the retention period PaxiPro sets with Didit for the same purposes, and are then deleted. You can ask us to have them deleted sooner (§7); we will do so unless we need them for an open dispute, a fraud investigation, or a legal obligation.
6. Data Security
We rely on Firebase's security infrastructure (encryption in transit and at rest) and application-level access rules that restrict who can read or write each type of data — for example, journal entries and payment proofs are enforced server-side to be readable only by their owner or an authorized reviewer. No system is 100% secure; we can't guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us.
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access & correction — most profile fields are editable in your account settings. Contact us for data we hold that isn't directly editable.
- Notification preferences — you can opt out of non-essential signal notifications in Account settings; transactional notifications (approval status) cannot be disabled while your account is active.
-
Deletion — see the Account & Data Deletion Policy.
-
If you are located in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (e.g. EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA), you may also have rights to data portability, restriction of processing, or objection — contact us to exercise them; we will honor requests to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure provider (Firebase/Google Cloud) may process and store data in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in such countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
10. Third-Party Links and Embeds
The Website embeds TradingView charts and links to third-party broker sign-up pages. Those third parties have their own privacy policies; this Privacy Policy does not cover their practices.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision.
