PaxiPro Terms of Service — Mentors
Effective date: October 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (a "Mentor", "you") and PaxiPro ("PaxiPro", "we", "us"), governing your use of the PaxiPro mobile application and website as a Mentor — an independent creator who publishes trading education: courses, lessons and educational trade ideas ("signals"), and sells access to it through packages. By registering as a Mentor, checking "I agree," or using the Service in this role, you accept these Terms.
These Terms supplement, and should be read alongside, the Client Terms of Service (for provisions that apply to all users), the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Community Guidelines.
1. Your Status
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of PaxiPro. PaxiPro provides the platform; you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of everything you publish — signals, market commentary, courses, quizzes, your bio, and your broker referral arrangements.
You represent that you hold any license, registration, or regulatory approval required in your jurisdiction (and your clients' jurisdictions, where applicable) to publish trading signals, provide trading education, or refer clients to a broker. PaxiPro does not vet or guarantee your qualifications, and displaying a "verified" badge or tier reflects PaxiPro's internal review process only — it is not a regulatory endorsement.
2. Registration and Profile
- Mentor registration, profile setup (bio, photo, cover image, category tags, languages, broker name, socials), and package creation happen on the PaxiPro website. The mobile app lets you log in, post signals, author courses, and view your dashboard.
- Your public profile stats (subscriber count, active client count, rating, win rate, recent signals) are computed by PaxiPro's systems from your posted signals and client reviews. You cannot edit these fields directly, and you agree not to attempt to manipulate them (e.g. posting fabricated signals, soliciting fake reviews, or otherwise gaming the ranking).
- The "verified" badge is granted solely at PaxiPro's discretion. "Featured" placement is either bought as a featured ad on the website or given by PaxiPro, and Clients are told that featured placement may be paid. Either may be revoked at any time, including for content quality, complaint volume, or regulatory concerns; a paid featured ad that is revoked for a breach of these Terms is not refunded.
2.1 Identity verification
- You must verify your identity before you can be approved. You will be asked for your full legal name, a photo of a valid government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), and a live selfie. The check is carried out by our verification provider, Didit, as described in the Privacy Policy (§2.1). Until it has passed, PaxiPro cannot approve you and you cannot create packages, post signals, or publish courses.
- The identity must be your own. You must give your real legal name and use your own, genuine, unexpired document and your own face. Submitting someone else's document, an altered or forged document, or a photo, video, or mask in place of a live selfie is a material breach of these Terms.
- One person, one Mentor account. A document that has already been used to verify another account will be flagged, and PaxiPro may refuse or close any of the accounts involved.
- Passing the check is not approval. It confirms who you are and nothing more. PaxiPro still reviews your profile and may decline your application for any reason set out in these Terms.
- Attempts are limited. If the check fails you may try again a limited number of times; after that you will need to contact support@paxipro.com.
- We may ask again. PaxiPro may require you to repeat the check — for example if your document expires, your details change, or we have reason to doubt the account is being used by the person who verified it. If you do not, we may suspend your ability to publish and sell.
- Consequences. If we find that you gave false identity information, we may reject or terminate your account under §11, withhold approval, and keep a hashed record of your identifiers to stop you registering again, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Packages You Create
Each package you create has exactly one type:
- Pay Fee Directly — the Client pays PaxiPro (your price plus PaxiPro's service fee) and uploads proof; a PaxiPro administrator reviews and approves the subscription, and your share is paid to your wallet as set out in §5.
- Broker Registration — the Client signs up with your affiliated broker through a link you provide; you review and approve the resulting subscription request, not PaxiPro.
You set the package name, price, billing period, description, and which services it includes. You are responsible for these listings being accurate and not misleading — see §4 and the Community Guidelines. Deactivating a package stops new sign-ups but does not remove existing subscribers' access to what they already bought.
4. Content Standards
Everything you publish — signals, analyst notes, course videos, quizzes, your bio — must:
- be your own genuine analysis or original work (or properly licensed);
- for signals, be posted at the real market price and closed at a price the market actually traded — PaxiPro's systems check both and refuse prices that are out of line with the market;
- be presented as education and trade ideas, not as personal investment advice to any Client;
- not guarantee or imply guaranteed profits, "risk-free" trading, or specific returns;
- not include fabricated performance claims, doctored screenshots, or cherry-picked results;
- comply with applicable financial-promotion, securities, and advertising law in the jurisdictions you target;
- not contain fraud, harassment, hate speech, or content otherwise prohibited by the Community Guidelines.
PaxiPro may remove content, downgrade your tier, revoke verification, or suspend your account for violations, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Fees, Payouts, and Broker Compensation
Commission. PaxiPro keeps a commission on each approved Pay-Fee-Directly sale, taken as a percentage of the price you set for the package. A service fee may also be added on top of your price and paid by the Client; it does not reduce your share. The rates are set by PaxiPro and may change for future sales. The rate that applies to a sale is the one in force when that sale is approved, and the commission and your share of every sale are recorded in your wallet. Free packages and Broker Registration packages carry no commission from PaxiPro.
Payouts. All amounts are in US dollars. You ask for a payout from your wallet on the website, to the payout account you have saved there. A request can only be made from your withdrawable balance and must be at least the minimum withdrawal shown in your wallet. PaxiPro reviews each request and pays it by hand, normally within a few business days, and attaches proof of the payment. A request may be declined or held if the payout details are wrong, or while a refund, dispute or suspected fraud involving your account is being looked into; the amount then stays in your wallet. Any charge made by your bank or payment provider for receiving the money is yours, and so are any taxes on your earnings.
Earnings are released as you provide the service. Your share of an approved Pay-Fee-Directly sale is held by PaxiPro and released to your withdrawable balance as follows:
- the release period is set by PaxiPro (ask support@paxipro.com for the current one) and may change for future sales; if it is 0, your share is withdrawable as soon as the sale is approved;
- a package no longer than the release period is released in full when it ends;
- a longer package is released at the end of each release period, in proportion to the days already served, and the remainder when it ends.
Until it is released, your share is not withdrawable. If a Client's complaint that the service was not provided is upheld, or you close your account early (see §11), the share not yet released is refunded to the Client together with PaxiPro's commission on it. If a sale is refunded or reversed after its share was released and withdrawn, the amount is carried as a negative balance against your future earnings. For Broker Registration packages, you are solely responsible for disclosing to Clients, as required by law, any commission or referral fee you or PaxiPro receive from the broker for the introduction.
6. Approval Responsibilities
If you offer Broker Registration packages, you agree to review pending requests in good faith and in a timely manner, and to approve or reject based on genuine completion of the broker's sign-up process — not as a means to extract additional payment or favors from Clients, and not to unfairly withhold access after a Client has completed the broker's requirements.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing on PaxiPro, you grant PaxiPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, stream, and distribute that content to Clients entitled to see it, and to use your name, handle, and profile image to promote the Service (e.g. featured carousels, marketing). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies already delivered to Clients or retained as required by law.
8. Representations and Warranties
You represent that you have the right to publish everything you submit, that it doesn't infringe any third party's rights, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable law, including financial services, securities, consumer protection, and data protection law in every jurisdiction where you have Clients.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAXIPRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST REVENUE, LOST CLIENTS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. PAXIPRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAXIPRO ACTUALLY RECEIVED AND RETAINED ON YOUR BEHALF IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PaxiPro harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you publish, your broker relationships, your compliance failures, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
PaxiPro may suspend or terminate your Mentor account for violating these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, including fabricating stats, misrepresenting broker relationships, or repeated Client complaints. Where we find you took payment without providing the service, or otherwise acted fraudulently, we may also refund your Clients from your held earnings, ban you from the platform, and keep identifiers of your account (in hashed form) to stop you registering again; see the Privacy Policy.
You may close your account at any time from Account settings, on the website or in the app. Every Client who still has a package running is refunded the part of their package not yet received (paid from your held earnings, as PaxiPro credit) and their access ends at once, and your packages come off sale immediately. On the website you can withdraw your remaining balance yourself, and your account is then deleted. If you delete your account in the app, it is deleted straight away and any balance left in your wallet is paid to your saved payout account; we keep your name, email and payout details until that payment is made. You cannot close your account while a termination case about it is still open. See the Account & Data Deletion Policy. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to Clients with active subscriptions incurred before termination, to the extent required by law or your payout agreement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
