PaxiPro Terms of Service — Clients

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (a "Client", "you") and PaxiPro ("PaxiPro", "we", "us"), governing your use of the PaxiPro mobile application and website (together, the "Service") as a Client. By creating an account, checking "I agree," or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Read this together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

1. What PaxiPro Is

PaxiPro is an educational platform that connects Clients with independent trading Mentors. Mentors publish courses, lessons and educational trade ideas ("signals"); PaxiPro adds tools such as charts, calculators, market sessions, an economic calendar and market news. Clients discover Mentors and subscribe to packages that unlock some or all of a Mentor's content.

PaxiPro is a technology platform, not a broker, financial advisor, signal provider, or party to any trade. All signal, course, and market content is created and published by independent Mentors, not PaxiPro. See the Disclaimer for the full risk disclosure — read it before you subscribe to anything.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that this is true and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

• Registration, profile setup, and package purchases happen on the PaxiPro website. The mobile app is used to log in and consume content you're already entitled to — it does not offer registration or purchase flows.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must verify your email to access the full Service.
• Notify us immediately at support@paxipro.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. How Access Works

Every subscription is tied to one Mentor and one package, and unlocks a specific set of services (e.g. Signals, Signal History, Charts, Trading Journal, Market Sessions, Economic Calendar, Courses, Technical Analysis, Calculator) as chosen by that Mentor when creating the package.

• Trial content from a Mentor may be visible to any signed-in Client browsing that Mentor's profile, even without an active subscription — this is a preview, not a right to the Mentor's full content.
• Non-trial content is visible only while you hold an active subscription that includes that specific service.
• Access can lapse (subscription expiry, rejection, or Mentor deactivating a package) without notice beyond what's shown in the app; re-subscribing restores access going forward, not retroactively.
• PaxiPro does not sell anything through Google Play's in-app billing. All purchases happen on the website, outside the Play Store.

5. Two Ways to Subscribe

(a) Pay Fee Directly. You select a paid package on the website and pay PaxiPro, to one of the payment accounts shown at checkout, the total shown there: the Mentor's price plus PaxiPro's service fee, less any PaxiPro credit you have. You then upload a payment screenshot and transaction ID as proof. A PaxiPro administrator reviews and approves or rejects the proof; your subscription activates only on approval. Approval is not instant and is not guaranteed. PaxiPro pays the Mentor their share as the service is provided.

(b) Broker Registration. You select a package that requires signing up with the Mentor's affiliated broker via a link the Mentor provides. Your subscription request goes to the Mentor, not PaxiPro, for approval. PaxiPro is not a party to your relationship with that broker — your broker account, deposits, trades, and any funds are governed entirely by the broker's own terms, and PaxiPro may receive a referral commission from the broker or Mentor for the introduction. A rejected or expired package can be bought again; PaxiPro does not guarantee any request will be approved. Packages do not renew automatically: when one ends, nothing more is charged unless you buy it again. While a request for a package is waiting for review, you cannot send another one for the same package.

6. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Package prices are set by each Mentor; PaxiPro's service fee is added on top and shown separately at checkout. Billing periods (weekly, monthly, or one-time) and the total are shown before you pay. Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: refunds are paid as PaxiPro credit, which never expires and is used automatically on your next purchase; to have a refund paid out in cash instead, contact support.

7. Your Content

Trading journal entries you create are visible to you and to the Mentors you subscribe to; no other Client can see them. Reviews you post about a Mentor are public and are only permitted if you have (or have had) an active subscription with that Mentor. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant PaxiPro a license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service — see the Community Guidelines for the full list of prohibited conduct (fake reviews, harassment, scraping, circumventing access controls, etc.).

8. No Financial Advice, No Guarantees

Nothing on PaxiPro — trade ideas ("signals"), win-rate or pip statistics, ratings, course content, featured placement, or a Mentor's badge/verification status — is financial advice or a promise of results, and no package guarantees a particular number or frequency of signals. Trading foreign exchange, gold, and other leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss. Read the full Disclaimer; by using the Service you acknowledge you have read and understood it.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service embeds or links to third-party tools (e.g. TradingView charts, brokers' registration pages). PaxiPro does not control and is not responsible for third-party services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Account & Data Deletion Policy to close your account.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAXIPRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, A MENTOR'S CONTENT, OR A THIRD-PARTY BROKER, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. PAXIPRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PAXIPRO (EXCLUDING AMOUNTS PAID TO MENTORS OR BROKERS) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PaxiPro harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you submit.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
